#CLV-200N FAQ was written based on the distributed version tested in our operating environment[Linux (Ubuntu 18.04)64-bit / Windows10 64-bit].

Is USB2.0 not supported?


The USB2.0 is slow to transfer, supporting only USB3.0 for normal operation.




USB devices are not recognized, or USB devices are recognized as unknown devices.


1. Make sure the USB 3.0 port is correct.

2. make sure the included USB cable is correct.




The POWER LED does not turn on after connecting the power connector.


Turn off the power and connect again to check.




LOCK LED continues to flash.


1. Wait 15 seconds and if the phenomenon still continues, press the RESET button on the board and check. 2. Turn off the power and connect again to check.




There is a phenomenon in which the video is choppy or stopped.


It's not a common phenomenon, so please contact us to find out the exact status and cause.

All or part of the LOCK LED does not turn on after the power is connected.


Turn off the power and connect again to check.




POWER LED and LOCK LED are flashing alternately.


1. The alternative flashing of POWER LED and LOCK LED is the camera setting process, so wait for 3 minutes before checking.

2. Turn off the power and connect again to check.




What is the Jetpack Version of Jetson Xavier Image currently provided?


It is Jetpack 4.4.1 and will be updated to version on official NVIDIA update.




What is the Linux(Ubuntu) Version of Jetson Xavier Image currently provided?


It is Ubuntu 18.04 and will be updated to version on official NVIDIA update.




After the completion of Jetson Xavier Image Flash, continuous reboot from initial NVIDIA logo screen, or the Ubuntu customization step does not move on to the next step.


1. The Jetson Xavier Image Flash feature works normally only when the Host PC is a Linux Ubuntu 18.04 PC. If you do the terminal connection with a virtual Linux or a different PC, try again on your normal Linux Ubuntu 18.04 PC.

2. Make sure that the path where you uncompressed the Jetson Xavier Image does not contain any special characters other than the underbar ("_").

3. Replace the USB cable and do flash again and check.




The Jetson Xavier Image Flash command fails.


1. Make sure that the USB(C-Type) connecting Host PC and Jetson Xavier Kit is properly plugged in.

2. Make sure that the path where you uncompressed the Jetson Xavier Image does not contain any special characters other than the underbar ("_").

3. Check after replacing the USB cable.




Error during installation of additional SDK Components via SDK Manager.


1. Make sure that the Jetson Xavier is currently booted to normal boot mode.

2. Make sure that the USB(C-Type) connecting Host PC and Jetson Xavier Kit is properly plugged in.

3. Check that the Ethernet of the Host PC is connected properly for SDK Components download.

4. Check after replacing the USB cable.
