Active Alignment
Active Alignment minimizes the tilt and rotation of the image sensor and places the center of the sensor on the optical axis of the lens.
This is achieved through real-time analysis and adjustment of the image plane during the batch process. This allows the camera to produce sharp images even in corners when the sensor is precisely positioned.
canlab applies Active Alignment during the camera's manufacturing process. It also ensures quality imaging for each camera unit by minimizing device variation.
